As a part of the Enterprise Business Services, I single handedly worked on a Gen-AI led Customer Insights and data analytics platform. I collaborated with the Product team to schedule primary interviews with various stakeholders and conducted a comprehensive competitive audit of external products utilized by the company to ensure the product built was both innovative and competitive.
